Milwaukee area, Weber now leads the culinary team and day-to-
day operations at Mason Street Grill.
A visionary for Mason Street Grill, Donahue has pioneered the
classic American grill since its inception in the fall of 2006.
Mark Weber found his culinary calling long before worldrenowned
Chef Paul Bocuse, considered one of the finest cooks
of the 20th century and creator of French Nouvelle Cuisine,
expressed high regards for a plate specially created for him by
Weber.
A visionary for Mason Street Grill, Donahue has pioneered the

With more than a decade of restaurant experience, most notably
in the wine industry, Donahue has played an integral role in the
development of all facets of Mason Street Grill, from its warm atmosphere to diverse
