The Very Best of Chef Mark Weber Dinner

As part of Mason Street Grill’s 20th Anniversary Celebration, join us for a once-in-a-lifetime dinner honoring the remarkable career of Corporate Chef and Mason Street Grill founder Mark Weber.

From cooking at the prestigious James Beard House in New York to supporting legendary Chef Joel Robuchon at a special Chicago dinner, Chef Weber has spent more than four decades helping shape Milwaukee’s culinary landscape while mentoring generations of chefs along the way.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Six Signature Courses

Experience six of Chef Weber’s most memorable dishes, thoughtfully recreated from defining moments throughout his distinguished career. The evening begins with Dry Cured Foie Gras, followed by signature courses including Butter Poached Maine Lobster, Maccheroni di Zita, Mediterranean Daurade, and Basil Crusted Lamb Loin. The celebration concludes with a tableside presentation of Bourbon Island Vanilla Sorbet, followed by handcrafted mignardises and chocolate truffles.

The evening will be complemented by thoughtfully selected pours of Chardonnay and Côtes du Rhône, chosen to carry the menu beautifully from beginning to end.

A Rare Culinary Retrospective
This menu represents a collection of dishes that have defined Chef Weber’s career, highlighting the creativity, craftsmanship, and hospitality that have made him one of Milwaukee’s most respected culinary figures.

Introducing Cocktail Atelier at Mason Street Grill — a curated cocktail experience designed for lingering evenings and elevated patio moments.

Choose from a Martini Atelier featuring classics like the Vesper, Cosmopolitan, and MSG Lemon Drop with your choice of premium spirits and custom garnishes, or sip your way through a refreshing Spritz Atelier with bright seasonal favorites including Aperol, Hugo, and Limoncello Basil.

For something playful, indulge in our Champagne of Beers offering featuring the iconic Spaghett — Miller High Life topped with Aperol and fresh lemon.

An evening centered on one of Napa Valley’s most revered names, the Opus One Wine Dinner offers a deeply curated exploration of precision winemaking and elevated cuisine.

Experience a six-course tasting menu designed with intention and restraint, allowing each dish to mirror and enhance the character of the wines it accompanies. The experience will highlight multiple vintages of Opus One, alongside Overture by Opus One, creating a layered journey through structure, balance, and evolution in the glass.

At $650 per guest (inclusive of tax and service), the evening reflects a thoughtful approach to luxury, where every detail, from the progression of courses to the cadence of each pairing, is carefully considered.

Industry night

Mondays are for the people who keep the hospitality world running. At Mason Street Grill, we’re extending our Happy Hour every Monday until 8:30 PM for Industry Night, a chance to unwind after service with great food, drinks, and company.

Our regular Happy Hour typically wraps up at 6:30 PM, but on Mondays we’re keeping it going later to serve those who spend their days (and nights) serving everyone else. Whether you’re finishing a shift, meeting up with coworkers, or just looking for a relaxed place to decompress, Industry Night is designed with hospitality professionals in mind.
